Items You’ll Need
- Glass container
- Candle
- Leaves
- Twine
- Scissors
- Acorns
The glass container can be either square or cylinder-shaped. Make sure that whatever candle you use fits the glass container and is shorter than the container. To truly get into the theme of fall for this project, you may also want to select a candle that is fall-scented. The fall leaves you use can be either real or faux leaves.
Instructions
Once you have all the items for your candle, you can begin creating this simple but elegant fall candle craft. The first thing you will do is take the twine and wrap it around the glass container several times and tie it into a knot or cute bow. Leave a little room between the glass and the twine.
The next step will be to take the leaves you have chosen and slip them under the twine against the glass. If you want to make sure the leaves stay, then you can adhere the leaves with some glue. Then you will place your candle in the vase. Accessorize the container a little more by scattering the acorns around the candle inside the vase. And that’s it!
