If you find yourself agreeing when Jordan Baker utters the famous quote, “I like large parties. They’re so intimate. At small parties there isn’t any privacy,” in The Great Gatsby, then you’re in luck this New Year’s Eve, Old Sport. The Ambassador Hotel is hosting a Roaring 20’s New Year’s Eve Party, with all of the glitz and glamour you’d expect from such an affair.

At the party you’ll find an 11-piece big band and dancing all evening, passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations, and a midnight balloon drop with a champagne toast, complementary to each guest! Each ticket also includes beer, wine, and soda all night, and a martini as you arrive on the red carpet!
In addition to the drinks and dancing in the ballroom, you can play your way into the new 20’s in the “Speakeasy” game lounge in the lower lobby. You’ll access the gaming area through a “secret passageway” – it’s even rumored that there was a real speakeasy at the Ambassador during Prohibition!
Make The Party Last
Partygoers looking to extend the fun of this 20’s New Year’s Eve Party can opt for an overnight package that includes admission to the party for two, an overnight stay at the Ambassador Hotel, champagne and favors in your hotel room, New Year’s Day brunch for two, and complimentary overnight parking and shuttle service. You’ll also enjoy the perk of being able to add a second night’s stay (Wednesday, Jan. 1 into Tuesday, Jan. 2) for just $19.28, in honor of the hotel opening in 1928.
