Education Outside the Classroom
Discovery World offers a variety of exhibits to show kids that learning can be fun. Children may participate in a number of different interactive tours and educational labs, and they may even catch a theatrical performance. The facility presents special hands-on exhibits that introduce visitors to the worlds of freshwater science and technology.
Science Comes Alive
No matter what your child’s age and interests may be, the exhibits and activities at Discovery World will no doubt spark their imagination. At the Simple Machine Shipyard, kids can learn the basics of how machines operate around us. In the City of Freshwater and Liquid House, guests will learn how water is purified and utilized by cities on a daily basis. Other exhibits help guests understand the science behind energy, clean air, automation, and more.
Blooming musicians won’t want to miss Les Paul’s House of Sound, which celebrates the innovative mind behind Gibson’s iconic guitars. While he was an accomplished jazz artist, Les Paul was instrumental in the development of the audio industry with his meticulous exploration of electronics and sound.
